... These courses will take the learners from beginners level to the UNLPE or to an international certification in six years.

Course content

... Four competencies are studied: listening, reading, speaking and writing. From level 3 some professional material are added: writing e-mails, use of telephone, carrying out presentation, professional documents.

... Our teachers, under the guidance of the head teacher, outline the programme and its content at the beginning of the course and follow the method chosen for each level, in order to have consistent structure and to facilitate overall evaluation.

... The courses contain about 20% of professional depending of the needs of the participants.

Material used in class

... The selected methods and the designed curriculum fulfil the requirement for the languages set out in the European Framework and correspond to the progression required to prepare students from level 1 to level 6 and to take the UNLPE examination or an international exam.

... Additional material (audio and video tapes, professional documents, grammar sheets, oral activities, etc.) is chosen after carefully considering the needs of learners from different cultures, nationalities and backgrounds.

At the end of the course

... An evaluation is carried out in the middle of the course so in this way the programme can be adapted if necessary. A final evaluation at the end of the training evaluates the progress made by the participants in the four competencies: listening, reading, writing and speaking.
